Our Style Crew
Our Savvy Style crew (aka our amazing volunteers) help bring the Savvy Chic Finds experience to life. From setting the stage to keeping things flowing during the sale, every role plays a part in creating something special.
Before the Sale
Set Up
Help us transform the space into a beautiful, shop-ready experience. This shift includes unloading the trailer, setting up racks and tables, placing signage, and getting everything organized and ready for our consignors and shoppers.
It’s a hands-on, team effort—and a fun way to see the event come to life!
Organize
Do you have an eye for detail and style? Help assist consignors during drop-off by checking in items, making sure they’re properly tagged, and meet our quality standards. You’ll also review items and return anything that doesn’t meet our guidelines.
This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and accuracy.
Drop Off/Check In/Inspection
Love making things look just right? Help guide consignors as they put their items on the sale floor. Ensure items are properly sorted and placed by size and category so everything is easy (and fun) to shop.
During the Sale
Sales Floor
Keep racks and displays looking fresh, return go-backs, and jump in wherever needed.
Dressing Room (if we have one at the event)
A fun, fast-paced role helping shoppers try on items, stay organized, and feel great. (Bonus: you get to compliment people all day!)
Additional Roles
Check Out/Register Assistant
Hold Area Helper
Greeter
After the Sale
“Sort” (aka Sort of Sort)
After the sale, consignors will return to locate and pick up their unsold items. Instead of a full pre-sorted system, we keep things organized so you can easily find your pieces.
Pro tip: Add colored tape or a tag to your hangers—it makes spotting your items quick and easy.
Style Team volunteers will help group items and keep the space organized to make pickup as smooth as possible.
Pick Up
Assist consignors during pick-up and ensure everyone leaves with their correct unsold items.
Tear Down/Clear Out
Help us break down racks, load the trailer, and clean up the space at the end of the event. This is a more physical shift, and extra help with lifting is always appreciated.
