Item Entry Deadline
Saturday, June 20 at 11:59 PM
All items must be entered into the system by this time.
You may print tags after the deadline, but no items can be added or edited.
Drop Off Dates

Drop-offs are by appointment only. Schedule in your consignor account.
Organizing Day
Wednesday, June 24
Our team + Style Crew will be getting everything floor-ready.
Pick-Up (Sort / “Sort of Sort”)
Sunday, June 28 | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Consignors will return to locate and pick up their unsold items.
Items will be grouped but not fully sorted
We highly recommend marking hangers with colored tape for easy identification
Volunteers will be on-site to help keep things organized and assist as needed
Tear Down + Clean Up
Monday, June 29 | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Help us wrap up the event by taking down racks, packing supplies, loading the trailer, and cleaning the space.
This is a more hands-on shift, and extra help with lifting is always appreciated.

Thursday, June 25 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Early shopping access is based on your level of participation:
3 Shifts → Entry at 9:00 AM
2 Shifts → Entry at 10:00 AM
1 Shift → Entry at 11:00 AM
No Shifts → Entry at 12:00 PM
