Savvy Chic Finds Consignor Agreement & Release
We’ve kept this straightforward so you know exactly what to expect when consigning with Savvy.

This agreement outlines the details of participating in our events. You’ll be asked to agree to these terms when registering.
This Consignor Agreement is made between Savvy Chic Finds (“Savvy”) and you, the Consignor. By registering and participating in a Savvy event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Consignors must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Ownership of Items
You confirm that all items consigned are owned by you and authorized for sale.
3. Registration Fee
The $20 registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, including in the event of withdrawal or early closure due to circumstances beyond Savvy’s control (weather, power outages, mandated closures, etc.).
4. Item Acceptance
Savvy reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove any item that does not meet our quality or style standards.
5. Item Condition + Preparation
Consignors agree to bring items that are:
Clean and in excellent condition
On-trend or current styles
Properly prepped and tagged according to Savvy guidelines
6. Safety Compliance
All items must comply with U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) standards.
7. Liability
Savvy will take reasonable precautions to protect items; however, Savvy is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft. By participating, consignors assume these risks and agree not to hold Savvy, its team, volunteers, venue, or affiliates liable.
Items found without tags will be placed in a “Missing Tag” area. Unclaimed items may be donated after the event.
8. Sales + Commission Structure
Consignors receive a percentage of each item sold:
Consignor Only → Earn 60% (40% commission to Savvy)
Style Crew Volunteer (1 shift / 4 hrs) → Earn 65%
Style Crew Volunteer (2 shifts / 8 hrs) → Earn 70%
Style Crew Volunteer (3 shifts / 12 hrs) → Earn 75%
OR Donate All Unsold Items (clothing + décor only) → Earn additional 5%, up to max of 75% based on volunteer shifts
The remaining percentage is retained by Savvy for organizing, marketing, staffing, and hosting the event.
9. Style Crew Commitment
Savvy relies on our Style Crew (volunteers) to run a successful event.
Each shift is 4 hours
If a consignor signs up for a shift and does not fulfill it:
They will default to 60% earnings, and
May be subject to a $20 fee per missed shift, deducted from earnings
Failure to show without notice may result in ineligibility for future events.
10. Pricing + Discounting
Items marked for discount may be sold at reduced pricing during designated discount periods of 50% and 75%.
11. Pickup of Unsold Items
Consignors must pick up unsold items during the designated pickup window.
Clothing + décor items may be donated if marked donate (or not picked up)
Furniture must be picked up during the scheduled time
Savvy is not responsible for storing items after the event.
12. Sell-Through Expectations
Consignors are expected to maintain a minimum 40% sell-through rate.
Failure to meet this may result in:
Reduced item limits
Or inability to participate in future events
13. Payment
Earnings will be issued via PayPal or other e-payment, within approximately 2 weeks after the close of the sale.
Reissued payments due to inaccurate payee information will incur a $5 fee
14. Non-Compete
To protect the integrity of our events, consignors agree not to host or operate a similar pop-up consignment sale (focused on women’s fashion, home décor, or children’s items) within a 50-mile radius of Riverside, CA.
15. Agreement
By registering as a consignor with Savvy Chic Finds, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined above.
